The computer classroom

Within the framework of the sponsorship and charity program, in December 2017 Batumi Sea Port Ltd purchased computer equipment, which by the decision of the Adjara Autonomous Republic administration was handed over to the public school of Skhalta village of Khulo municipality, where a computer classroom was arranged.

The computer classroom was opened on January 17, 2018. The event was attended by Mr. Zurab Pataradze, the Chairman of Government of Adjara AR, Mrs. Inga, Shamilishvili, the Minister of Education, Culture and Sport of Adjara AR, Mr. Gocha Meladze, the Mayor of the municipality of Khulo, Mr. Daniyar Mukhamed-Rakhim, General Director of Batumi Sea Port Ltd, and Mr. Kuanysh Zholdassov, the Managing Director for Business Support.

There are 78 school students in Skhalta public school. The school actively conducts open lessons, which indicates a high motivation of students and teachers to improve the quality of academic education by using modern technologies.
The arrangement of a new computer class and modern technologies will contribute to the education of a successful generation, as well as make the learning process more effective, fruitful and interesting. There is the opportunity to hold lessons in all subjects in the computer class. High-quality visualizations for each subject and the use of the Internet make it possible to organize presentations. Both teachers and students feel comfortable in the computer classroom equipped with the latest technologies.
