It's known that Georgia plays an essential role in the overall system of
transportation communications of the Black Sea region and Batumi justly
bears the status of maritime capital of Georgia. Batumi Sea Port has
historically been the logistics center of the Caucasus region representing a key
point of TRACECA corridor. This was the very first port which helped Georgia
to obtain its transit country status and today it plays a vital role in the
development of not only regional economy but the economy of the whole
country. Advantageous strategic and geopolitical location of Batumi Port
became a key factor for JSC KazTransOil, a subsidiary company of Kazakh
national oil company JSC KazMunaiGaz, in making a decision to acquire the
right of exclusive management of Batumi Sea Port. Port's management has
been investing a lot into its development, replacement of fixed assets and
introduction of modern standards of quality and safety management systems.
Highly qualified staff along with well-developed infrastructure, beneficial
location and universality provides our customers with a wide range of high
quality service in optimal timing. 2022 was very effective and demonstrated
record results in terms of operations. Dynamic growth of cargo turnover is the
evidence of infinite production capacity and active purposeful work. The Port
gets to a new level and will continue its development as it has the potential to
achieve even better performance.
We are always open to cooperation!
