Signing a Memorandum of Understanding.
On 20 of May, “Batumi Sea Port” LTD was visited by the Chinese delegation. Within the framework of the visit with the purpose to develop relations between the parties, MOU of cooperation was signed between the ports of Batumi and Lianyungang.
From the Chinese delegation, the signing ceremony was attended by representatives of the mayor's office headed by the mayor of Lianyungang city and by the Chairman of the Board of port “Lianyungang Port Holdings Group Company Limited”. From Batumi Sea Port the MOU was signed by the General Director – Mr. M. Adylkhanov. Within the framework of this event, the presentation of BSP was made to introduce the port to the guests.
At the end of the event, the sides thanked each other for the meeting and wished success for the development of the cooperation.

|May 28, 2021||The Batumi Sea Port Ltd supported the initiative of the state authorities of Georgia and Kazakhstan to start vaccinating personnel against the Covid-19 coronavirus. The Port Administration informed that this decision allows returning quickly to normal operation.
