The Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Georgia got acquainted with the work of Kazakhstan companies in Batumi

On February 2, 2023, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Georgia Malik Murzalin got acquainted with the work of the Batumi Oil Terminal and the Batumi Sea Port.
During the meeting, the heads of Kazakh national companies - Mr.Farhat Tashibayev, General Director of the Batumi Oil Terminal and Mr.Ulan Tleugali, General Director of the Batumi Sea Port informed Mr. Ambassador about current projects and problematic issues and prospects for further development, also informed that together with JSC Georgian Railways and the Government of Adjara, the issue of construction of an additional railway from the railway station to the berths of the port has been working out.
The Ambassador also got acquainted with the port infrastructure and storage facilities for petroleum products.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. M. Murzalin wished our companies success in their activities.
