Batumi, Georgia — The high-level international conference "Argus Black Sea and Caspian Key Terminals and Logistics" took place in Batumi, serving as a vital platform for leading transport and logistics players and decision-makers in the Black Sea and Caspian regions. During the event held on May 14-15, industry experts and heads of major terminals discussed the development of the "Middle Corridor" and the resilience of transport arteries linking Europe and Asia.

The conference sessions featured presentations by Marlen Tulegenov, General Director of Batumi Oil Terminal, and Ulan Tleugali, General Director of Batumi Sea Port.

During the session dedicated to the transportation of oil and petroleum products, Marlen Tulegenov provided a detailed overview of current cargo flow trends in the Black Sea region and shared the strategic vision for the development of the Batumi Oil Terminal. He emphasized the terminal's fundamental role in the functioning of the regional energy hub.
