ZHAKIP ASANOV SHARED PROJECT THINKING EXPERIENCE WITH BOT AND BSP MANAGEMENT

A meeting was held in Batumi between the executives and specialists of the Batumi Oil Terminal and the Batumi Sea Port with the Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhakip Asanov, who gave a presentation on "Project Thinking – an Accelerator of Change."

Zhakip Asanov shared his experience in applying project thinking and change management with the employees of the overseas subsidiaries of JSC "KazTransOil". He spoke about modern management tools aimed at increasing organizational efficiency and provided examples from his own professional practice.

The meeting participants discussed issues regarding managerial decision-making, enhancing the effectiveness of teamwork, and implementing projects within a changing business environment. Particular attention was paid to the role of the project-based approach in improving management processes within the transport and logistics sector.

The meeting was held in an open dialogue format. The executives and specialists of BIT and BMP were able to ask questions of interest and exchange views on current issues regarding the development and improvement of the enterprises' operations.
